Unfortunately, I am not able to select zero stars. My son attended Bright Beginnings for only 2 days in August, 2017. As I entered the building to pick him up at the conclusion of his second day, I saw a staff member pick up somebody else's little girl (less than 1 year old) by the back of her onesie, swing her backwards and set her forcefully on the floor. While doing this, she yelled at the infant so loud that it caused my son to start crying. I saw all of this through a window in the door. I immediately took my son home and called the director and let her know he would not be back. As I contacted other local daycares, they told me that they have heard similar stories from other parents about Bright Beginnings. This made me feel sick that I could not find that information before I left my son there for 2 days.
