  I gave 2 stars because the manager was friendly. Went through the drive-thru they asked me 5 times, "are you ready to order?" NO. No one was behund me. I ordered 5 of their $5 lunch box things. I had to pull off to the side and they'd "bring my food out." 20 min later & they messed it up. I told this to the same girl who took & brought out my order. She said I'll just bring you the missing item out. 10 minutes later (total time 30 min.) The manager comes out. He told me the girl was rushed b/c their drive-thru times have been slow. I was in the car and he went through all the boxes to make sure they're weren't some chicken strips hiding in there alongside a 4th burger, that I gave back to him. It was a mess. They were a mess. I should have called after being in the drive-thru 45 min, none of the food was worth eating. The manager apologized but didn't offer to replace the order. What do I expect from teenagers..?? I just left.
