  I have mixed feelings on this one......
  Went in to get 4 new phones, switch from Verizon to att and switch from dish satellite to direct tv so we could bundle with phone and internet we already had from att.
  Ordered new phones to be shipped to my house and one was not what I told him to order but settled with it because I didn't notice it until it was delivered.
  Second direct tv didn't give us introductory movie channels for switching carriers until we called.
  Finally we had to call to bundle all services.
